TW系列气冷往复无油式空气压缩机，曲轴箱内无润滑油设计，不必担心曲轴箱内的油份会沿着连杆进入到压缩室而影响最终产品的质量，100%确保无油空气质量。

TW型机体与空气桶整体平衡设计降低了运转噪音与震动，同时透过低速转动增加活动件的寿命。为了提高密封性及可靠性，而采用了高强度脂润滑轴承。另外还加入了曲轴箱散热孔，藉由两者延长轴承寿命。5.5kW(含）以上机型双段压缩设计使排气温度降低，效率提升。其吸排气阀采专用耐高温如片阀设计，提高气密性，而且使用的不锈钢材质更提高质量可靠性。活塞所使用之压缩环为弹簧式压缩环，压缩时气密性提高，减少空气泄漏, 使容积效率大幅提升。
